What dictates when a stored aircraft is put for sale on the used market by the AI lessors?

This happens at random intervals, you can't predict when the planes are released

This, to avoid players who anticipate those moves and take everything by just connecting at the right time. Randomness makes things more fair, you may always be lucky.
