EGLL Advice - getting ground down by the big guns

Just wondered if anybody has any advice on how to compete at EGLL, now that AIr Gujarat and Atlantica have begun to totally dominate.

I started out quite well, but am now really struggling with less than 5% market share and no slots left.

Also, I assume the difference between profitability on the route management screen, and the aircraft losses due to lease payments etc?

My A380's are flying half empty now, and so are making big losses. :-(
