Airport Slot Fee

Hi.. Im currently getting an airport slot fee charge,
have i missed something..
how do i sell the slot back to the airport or when does it come off my income statement?

I read the manual, but it wasnt very clear to someone like me whos not an accountant

I'm no expert myself, so I can't say this with 100% confidence, but I'm pretty sure you can't sell the slots back.  You either keep them and use them or just surrender them.

OK then.. how do i surrender them so i dont get this value decrease on my PnL

The only way I know is when you cancel a route, it pops up that little box to give back the slots.....but if you're not cancelling a route, I don't know if there is a way to cut them loose.  They do automatically expire after 2 weeks if you don't use them.
