Competition forced to leave Hub?

Hi folks,

I have a question. I have currently a competitor in Zagreb (Yugoslavia). His HQ is in Belgrade (Yugoslavia). Once Yugoslavia is dissolved and becomes individual states (Croatia, Serbia, etc.), will he have to leave Zagreb as a base since it's not in his home country (now Serbia)?

I thought I had read about that in the manual. Just want to make sure.

When countries split up. the HQ is where the airline will stay. In his case Serbia while you will be stuck in Zagreb
