Are 737-800's and 737-700's economic on routes over 2500NM?
The 737-8 configured 144 standard economy and 6 business premium
737-700  configured 104 standard economy and 6 business premium

all route these are being used on have most than enough pax supply for both classes  over 200 economy and about <20 for business

depends on the demand. If the demand is too low - or too high(the too small penalty seems to kick in around 200 demand), you're dead. Otherwise, it's great.
