Never had CookOut, but In-n-Out is awesome, and the one near LAX has some amazing scenery  :laugh:

Its everywhere in the Netherlands.
Put some coins in, pull and get your food out. Its normally pretty fresh and hot because its used a lot (and renewed a lot as well with new food)
