Request for mentor

I have sent in a request for a mentor. I feel like I have laid a solid foundation for my airline. But I am rapidly approaching a point to where I have no idea what to do. I need help with maximizing the routes I have currently, trying to decide if I need to add another plane type. Deciding when to buy my first aircraft and also opening a new base.  If anyone is willing to guide me through this it would be greatly appreciated because right now I think I'm just blindly leasing used aircraft and opening routes
