New route with only 6% load factor?

I have started a route about 2 months ago game time and the load factor is 6%. the route has 300+demand and i am flying a 114 seater aircraft, why have i got so low load factor and profit is very negative.

There can be many variables, mainly in relation to compeition (number of flights, type of a/c flown, prices (yours and theirs), RI and CI), also departure times are important. From looking at it most likely a combination of the above.

And also : type of seating? "too small" penalty? tech stop?

Also flights at same time can make difference

It is a route with no competition

Time of day is also a factor. Most pax like to travel between 0500-2400 if you put a schedule from 0200 at night pax will not prefer to travel.
