Open new Base

Hi everyone,

I'm opening a new base in Early Days scenario and I wanted to know which a/c I can fly with a given base level.
In other words I'd like to start Intl Longhauls from Toronto and I need to know if my new base should be 3/4 or 4/4 to fly Lockheed starliner.

The aircraft size corresponds to the base size. If aircraft is size class "Large", you need at least base sized "Large"... etc.
