How do the closing/reopening production lines work?

Currently in GW3, ERJ145EU & ERJ145 STD are threatened from closing since more than 1 year. There was a 10 month warning.

I've got orders for both models beyond the expected closing date, but it seems that they stay at "Production is about to end in less than 1 month" forever. Since a few months already for the EU version.

Is it a normal behaviour? If yest, how to trigger a long-term reopening like "Pilatus has announced that the previously announced plans to close the production line of their Pilatus PC-12/45 and Pilatus PC-12/47 aircraft have been reversed." that happened in April 2002

OK thank you guys. I'll wait for Ejets instead, and focus on bigger lines now.
