Route oversupply and connections

Hello

I keep receiving warnings about route oversupply. I am flying JFK-KEF, and KEF-LHR. My assumption is that the JFK-KEF leg demand is not significant (this is where I receive the over supply warning) but the JFK-KEF-LHR demand is HIGH.

Does this game take into consideration 1-stop connections???

Connections are not modeled in this game. Everything is point to point.  KEF-LHR-KEF
