Thought I would experiment with this function. I've stopped the automatic pay raises. Now I've just received the pay raise requests of my employees. I've increased their salaries at 50% of the requested amounts. Now I await to view how morale is affected.

How anyone experimented with employee salary/morale function? Just how sensitive is it? Will a 50% of requested pay raise mitigate the morale drop? Or is it a rigid  function where the morale drop be the same whether the pay raise is zero or 99% of the requested amount.

I have been doing the same thing and eventually they will get angry and threaten a strike and will strike if u dont agree to their demands.

This is just what ive found to happen in both GW i play in.

Partially agreeing to their demands will not satisfy them. Just wait till morale drops to 50 then raise to suggested.

You could take the Ryanair approach to HR negotiations ...... but that approach wont work in this game
