The Regional Challenge game world is now open!

Fly smaller commuter aircraft and regional jets in Europe and North America. This 'mini-game' has a total playing time of about 2 months.

Settings:
  • Only aircraft models size class "small" (1) and "medium" (2) are included.

  • All airports in Europe and North America available.

  • No geopolitical restrictions on opening new base airports - any airline can open bases in any country.

  • Number of airport slots is increased from standard.

  • No long-haul travel demand available, only domestic and short international routes.

  • The first turn is this time only 12 hours long.

  • Also, please note that since the aircraft size classification is based on fleet groups that are fixed on four levels based on the average size of planes in that fleet group some aircraft that could be in this came are not available. Example of these is the CS100 jet, which is excluded since the CS300 is clearly bigger and hence the fleet group is already in the "large" size class.
