Discrepancy on the used market

Hi all

I would like to sell my old 737-300 on GW#4

It is 16 years old with D Check approaching (1.5 months). I'm allowed to list at 7.5 Mln minimum.
Anyway, there are, on the UM, similar planes with fresh D check at much lower price than that I'm allowed (about 5mln). Some from other players and some from computer company.

Without discussing the opportunity to sell a plane at scrap value, how is it possible than a competitor can sell a plane at 50% less than mine?

Thanks

Which actual plane is that so I can check, out of interest.

Luperco

My plane is entered in automatic D Check now, so I cannot check the minimum price right now. It is the plane #20409

The planes on the market was 16 years old listed ad 5Mln. Unfortunately they are no more on the market.

Mr.HP

If a plane listed on the UM (at lowest price allowed) for a long enough time, the owner can reduce the price even more to attract interest

Like I have a grounded B777-8X, can be listed at min price of ~220M, and I have another one listed for a long time, and I can set it at ~90M

Luperco

Ok, I didn't know this thing. This may explain why I have a lower minimum price for my planes already in the market.

Thanks.
