Question about route demand

Hi,

I'm wondering if when there's no connection between 2 airports on Saturday, but there is still demand for one route on Saturday, will this demand partly 'distribute' to the other days of the week?

E.g. I'm flying EGLL-EDDF on 12345-7. Let's say there is still demand of 100 pax on this route and there is no flight between EGLL-EDDF on -----6-, will I see an increased LF on the other flights in the week? Or is the demand calculation fixed to this specific day, meaning I can only appeal to these 100 pax when I open a flight on Saturday?
