Hello,

One question nagging me on passenger demand for long-haul routes: when I created my company EUROP'AIR in the Game World 1(1960 to 2030), based in Paris / Orly, I have chosen as exercise area the short and medium-haul routes. Now, when I go to see the demand for lines like Paris / New York, or even Paris / Lisbon, I find that it is very low, and it systematically focuses on economy class :-\...The business class demand is almost quasi-inexisting :-\ ...I precise however that it's still in 1961...So, is it the fact that I chose as specialization serving short and medium haul routes, and if so how do I make changes at this level :-\ ?!...

If I can change the status to serve long-haul routes, will it be possible to keep the short and medium-haul routes that I have already started?

ORY is still more of a domestic airport and does not have as much long haul demand as LBG/CDG. Has nothing to do with what type of airline you run.

Thank you bdnascar3 for your answer ;)...So now I have no right to change my HQ airport :-\?...Can I have 2 bases of operation, short-haul lines on ORY and long-haul on LBG, only after one year of activity, in waiting to the opening of CDG? In this context, medium-haul lines can be operate from ORY or I must create them on LBG?

You can open the lbg base and it should automagically relocate to cdg when it opens. Regardless, lbg has lower overall demand than cdg, so there's a bit of a spike once it opens. You can run whatever types of routes that there is demand for in either airport, you can also look at demand from other airports by selecting it as your starting place on the route planning page.
