Salaries variations

Hello !! Sorry in advance if I repeat a question, did not find anything related. I am having important variations in staff salaries without any reason.
In game world 3 :
From week 52 to week 02 : +2M a week
From week 4 to week 6 : +8M a week
From week 8 to week 10 : -8M a week
And again it rises from week 12 to 14 : +3M

I only opened some few routes. Someone has an idea about that ? I would like to understand as we are talking about almost 10Millions $ variations a week...

Salaries are quoted on a monthly basis but charged on a daily basis. Thus, they will vary on a daily/weekly basis depending on the number of days in the month. February, for example, will always have the highest costs because X divided by 28 is always going to be greater than X divided by 30 or 31.

AH!  I'd been wondering about this myself and was thinking of posting. Makes perfect sense thanks.  I have just added a lot of extra staff and I thought it was to do with that.  You can also notice slightly smaller peaks in the 30 day months.
