Cannot get past the Create Airport when using Ipad

I am a new user and just started the game.  I selected an airport and when I confirm it tells me on the next screen that it is Ok and the window will close.  But nothing happens. Any help.? Thanks

What airport did you select? (works ok here on ipad)

sometimes you have to refresh the page, or refresh the page and then re select the airport by typing in the 3 or 4 leter airport identifier.

I have sometimes had this issue, but it hasn't prevented me from opening one all together.
