Route Planning accuracy

Hello all,

I have noticed recently that my route planning accuracy has dropped to 90%. This always used to sit at 95% once my airline was well established. (I've been running for 11 game years)

Can someone advise if something has changed with how this is calculated, and any steps I could take to increase this?

Your staff has not 100% morale anymore.

Their morale was 100%, so unsure what else I can do? Tried salary raises and this didnt work either?

About 95% accuracy is maximum. :)
