The technical refueling option seems to be meant for just fueling. Can't I have a multi-leg flight such as A-B-C-B-A??

Curse

No, you can't have ABCBA.

bgreeson

Don't you think that's a little unrealistic?

Curse

I know for sure when ABCBA routes were allowed the system was quite easy exploitable, for example by me, who controlled out of Palma de Mallorca Madrid and Barcelona.

As long as the system isn't changed, I'm happy it's activated. Many things at AWS are not realistic, however, it's a game and I'm happy with most of them - for example the unrealistic high profit margins or the fact that a days lasts just a couple of minutes. ;)

bgreeson

Could you elaborate on how you explored that feature?

Curse

It was active in a previous version of AirwaySim.

marceluchi

can anybody provide a real game world example of a route with a refueling stop?

Curse

Basically every flight a bit further away in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.

Planned refueling stops are for example part of British Airway's Business A318 from London City to New York JFK via Shannon fuel tech stop.

Edit: I mean, it's google. You must not be Harry Potter or so. :)
