Salares - Outsourcing. Anyone done that before?

I was thinking of trying to save my business from bankrupting by simply "outsourcing" the manpower to "low cost" salaries as I'm afraid it's not possible to survive anymore at "my" high cost base. In practice here in AWS, I would think,  it would be drasticly reduce the salary individually but increase the number of staff but at the same time increase the number of staff enough to still keep a high morale. Of course as a CEO I will in solidarity with the staff also reduce my salary.....

Now, why try to invent the wheel, so to speak, if someone else has done it before. So, anyone?

I think this is interesting but I would bet it would have impacts on CI and RI.

A good example is when Allegiant Airlines outsourced its ramp in Las Vegas. The media had a frenzy and it caused a drop in bookings (Short term).

Years later nobody cares but at the time........
