bancrupcy warning -> reasons?

does someone know the reasons of why you get a bancrupcy warning? ... it must be a formula, since the server is calculating it...

A significantly negative bank balance combined with negative cash flow for a certain length of time I believe.  I don't recall the length of time though.

and, can you get out of it, by having a positive cashflow? or do you also have to have a positive balance?

You do not need a positive bank balance, a positive cash flow for a period of time will fix it - I think it is 3 months but I am sure others will clarify the time period if I am incorrect.
