Change seat config

1. I accidentally changed seat config to wrong one. So I have to perform one more again. And wait 2 times more days. I think, it's incorrect.

2. If a/c, for example, already have 138-10 config and I want to change it to 144-5, why should I pay for all seats? I only need 6 more Y seats. So, please, update this calculation. We're asking for it for years!

And, of course, changing just 6 seats should be much more fast than change 300.
