Number of staff increases when?

2) A few days before delivery? How many?
3) On the day the plane is delivered?
4) On the day the plane is scheduled?

Imagine a C check done today Monday, a B check automatically set-up for tomorrow Tuesday, and say this is the last week of the month. Would the B check not be performed tomorrow because it was done today during C check?
