Remove Unused Aircraft Type from Default Handling Fee on Airport Information

The Airport Information page is stuck on displaying as default the Handling Fees for the two aircraft types I originally flew.  However, I no longer fly one of them.

The View Fees For drop-down list correctly displays only the aircraft types I currently fly for selection.
