Question is, how many seats are available? If a couple 777's are flying around with 200 premium seats and only 480 pax a week are flying, it seems about right (20% LF or so).

it is not banned, just that it was nerfed in a way that if there is enough competition it will not work.

He has only one plane a B332, and he's only flying this route:




At 448 C and 64 F per week he's getting 36 pax per flight (25% LF)... seems about right

Stats: Load factor 111 / 112    25.4%
(and for that one route his profit is roughly third of one of the competing airlines on same route)

So works pretty much like intended, ie. you cannot gain any advantage this way until your CI is very high)
