After all the deductions only 3 million remain each month!?! I made more money when I had 10 Airplanes less! Also, my LFs are going down allthough I have a worldwide radio campaign and a europe wide full feature campaign running .. all since I joined a alliance ... can a alliance have a negative effect on a airline that was very good be4?

Alot of things can cause your overall profitability to go down as your airline goes bigger. Routes, fleet commonality ect.

Alliance can cost you in terms of allaince fees. This depends on the founding airlines that set the rates. .8% to a small airline can be alot..

With those campaigns.. is your Company Image still going up?  Also, as you grow, so does marketing costs. World Wide campaigns (most expensive) can double is some cases.

As for LF factors. Perhaps competition on routes caused them to go down? As each game day passes, open demand shrinks and the world indeed becomes smaller. Were about 6mths till alot of the demand will be gone (major, semi-major routes) and airlines will be forced to open up routes with full competition. I see it happening on a small scale now..

Also, by not "expanding" your costs of running the airline still increase. Labor, maint, leasing. For an airline to continue to live, you must always keep expanding. Not by alot.. but always keep new income coming. The moment you stop expanding, your costs will catch up to you and soon you'll be filling for un-employment.

Yes, my company image is going up but my LF is going down! Im starting to go into the reds each week now ... im confused since i didnt change anything mayor except join that alliance ...

And no, I dont think competition made my LF go down since the only routes where my route image isnt 100 are those that only I am flying ... my 2 main routes where about 80% of all my airplanes are flying are "Foxy Air exclusive" long haul routes so they should not change at all (especially since there is much more demand than I can offer seats there shouldnt be a problem ... )

Ive also noticed that all my airplanes are in pristine condition (most of them 99 or 100 percent) is it possible to have less maintainance to save costs or will they be grounded automatically if i dont have A and B checks all the time? Or does that just mean that they just finished C check and that all the costs im having right now are having to do with many planes beeing in C check and thats why they are in such good condition now?!
