Well first try selling it to the computer.  They may buy it on the used market if you offer it below market prices.  After it has sat on the market for so long, you may be able to scrap it.  It also depends on the plane's age.

In which page can I see the 'scrap' option?

It is on the aircraft page just below Sell aircraft, but only if it meets the requirements - 15 years old or older OR a certain percentage on its condition (well below 50% I think).  If it doesn't meet either, you're stuck with it until then
