Company Image down?

I'm not sure why my company image dropped 5 points overnight (game day) I am spending millions dollars a week on marketing and now I just drop down?

I wasn't finned for anything, and my flight punctuality is over 94%, and my cancellation rate is 1.2%

Hm, Curse is right. I did leave an alliance, I wasn't aware it was going to hurt my image that much.
