it doesn't. CP went under over 20 years ago and have not kept the name rights. It's perfectly viable for him to do that now. ;)

that's fine, only because he put "international" between the words. SIA is only the ICAO code for Singapore Airlines, but Singapore International Airways is fine. ;) I agree it's close and maybe should tell sami to change his ICAO code, but the name is fine. ;)

it isn't the same logo as Garuda Indonesia just updated and when they do so, they no longer hold any rights towards the item. ;)

it still the same to me though. the 'garuda' logo on Garuda Indonesia is the same with the bird logo in Minoan. with very little difference in the color scheme and the eye of the 'garuda' is missing in Minoan's. but basically, they are still the same with each other.

yes, because I actually know a friend of mine who flew on the airline not three months ago, and according to him there was no sign of bankruptcy looming, so the guy mentioned should be at fault. ;)

it seems to be that way, that sami want me first to go bankrupt before closing red wings ?
this is absolutely not acceptable. this player not only abuse the trademarks of the russian airline, he also does not play fair because he is abusing the TOS.

i would be happy to get an answer.

Sami's not going to close anyone.  He asks them to change their name and gives them a bit of time to do it.  Whatever happens with Red Wings regarding their name isn't going to prevent your airline from bankrupting if this airline is causing your some competitive problems, so there's no reason to whine that it isn't happening immediately. 

The point of this thread is to keep sami from getting sued, not to close down your competitors.  You report it and you're done.  Whatever does or doesn't happen with that airline and their name doesn't effect your, your airline, or your game one bit.

you are not right.
to play with a real airline name is not fair. i will not discuss. everything you do against the TOU is not fair.
also the trademark of this airline is used and that is not legal. i have made screenshots already. there was time enough
to react. nobody is doing anything.
