Honestly Sami I do not understand the big deal with using names of real airlines in a "game"?  These airlines in the game are not real!  More importantly they are not trying to profit from the name and are in no way competing with the actual airlines.  Based on my knowledge of US law and experience as someone who that has filed a law suit against someone for trademark infringement, I see no basis for legal concern at all.  Just look around at the thousands of virtual airlines that use the exact name and even variations of actual logos.  I personally have not ever heard of one case of an airline try to sue anyone for using their name. 

Well, this is the rule that everyone playing this game accepts when they create an airline, so why complain? If you can't accept the rules, then don't play the game.
