So I am in my second airline which is about to go bankrupt as well. I am still trying to get the hang of the game. I don't know what else to do to make profit so I don't go into bankruptcy I got two days real time before the bank closes my airline. My routes are fine profits are going but they are low only about 24.86ยข revenue my load factors though fluctuate between 65 highest too 10 percent. How do I increase them? I dont see how I can get out of -14 837 004 USD dept in two days just on route profit. How do I fix this or is their even a chance? I find that its very easy to go into debt after you start the airline because the expenses are way more then the profit I make how do I play so I prevent bankruptcy it seems hard. Any advice?

You might be using the wrong aircraft for the route, or more likely, your prices are too high. Don't get too ambitious, start off with 737s or A320/1, then GRADUALLY build company and route image. Too hard too fast is the downfall of most airlines in real life - so this sim is quite reallistic!

Also you could be in a crowded area.

Go bankrupt this time as it seems to be all lost, and PM me if you need advice :)

he is running 732adv, I am not sure how you have 2 aircraft, 300 days in game and -18m company value. you must have done something very terribly wrong before (I suspect D-check has occurred).

You also have 50CI, I don't know how much you put on advertising but airline of this size seems overkill (I am almost 2 year standing at 41... a little low but sufficient for now).

Also, you have started in LAX, while one of the top airline is based there but you should have no problem finding route, base on a quick glance many of your route does not respect the basic frequency rule: (1 flight / day), your heavy hitter route(7days route) has 300% demand filled already, you should close thoseroute as I doubt you are getting much LF. There are so many smaller airport that you can claim full load and monopoly, instead of those SFO/OAK routes.

I would suggest bankrupt, apply for a mentor to monitor and inspect(although might be hard as my initial mentor attempt of request was ignored). Get 2 plane that is decently sized and make sure you launch routse that can fully satisfy your plane space(at least 80%) and make it 7 days / week, and you will already be in a better shape then you are now.

I've just been added to the mentoring list. There's a bit of a backlog of beginners world requests. I answered one who was online now, in a couple of hours I'll look again.
