Problem or a purposeful thing?

     Ok, when you have a flight with say XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ-XXXX and adjust the route price for ONE of them, you get the return at the same price.  Ok, that wasn't a good wording so here's an example.  KLGA-KATL-KORD-KLGA  When I adjust the price of KLGA-KATL to say $120, the flight KORD-KLGA is also set to $120 when you select the "Update return flight also." check.  Is this meant to be like this, or is it an unseen bug?  Kinda makes things harder when you route like this.
