I'm havinng a hard ti,e maiting money no matter what I do I'm loosimg it any tips please help me thank u I'm fly in small cities europe

petcalledros

indeed I do.
1) Rent out a cheap but effective aircraft. I am a big fan on the B727 - Costs no more than 16 M and can fly at least 100 pax over the distance of 1500 KM
2) Keep your company image up. Take it bigger than about 15 and customers will keep rolling in (that is the most important advice. thanks to it my profit is rolling in)

Kastor

When taking the aircraft, always take a closer look to fuel efficiency. The higher the fuel consumption, the higher the load factor you will need to make any profit on the aircraft.
