Hi,

I want to extend my current hedging contract but it's not clear for me why I am unable to hedge it for roughly the same price. The contract offered to me is actually the same price as the current market price.

Any thoughts on this please?

Thnx

I think it is as intended.  It is basically a new hedge...

Hhmmm, why is it called extension then hehe. I have a very favourable price at the moment hehe :)

Can we, in general, expect the fuelprice in DM4 to go up?

he means $100 (as of now it is $113) for people that use normal measurements

Right now it is $54 in imperial units.  Might want to check your conversions  :P

Okay I'm not sure which conversion is which, but to put things into perspective, last DOTM(3), the average fuel price was $200 per 1000kgs, it went as high as $500 during a spike and then later on the average price was $300. The fuel at $500 did bankrupt some people, so there is some consideration for fuel efficiency, but generally these fuel prices in this game are considered easy, it will be the competition providing the biggest threat of bankruptcy.

Allright, I dont see any conversion, my game mentions everything in kgs. Good for me.

Now I see the fuel price went up to 119, im happy I just extended some stuff hehehe.

Thanks for the information ppl.

Isnt it called an extension because you are actually extending it at a price that is current BEFORE the contract is over. So you have a couple of weeks to play with it before it ends.

Well, I see what it says on my airwaysim, I don't use random measures, I use exact metric things, you know ;)
