Build schedule immediately or wait?

When leasing an aircraft do you typically create routes and build a schedule asap or wait until the aircraft is delivered?  I have noticed if you build the routes and schedule them right away your staff levels jump up right away.  If I don't build right away and it delivers overnight it sits until the next day.  What are your thoughts on this?

If you have 100+ aircraft, you don't really care that much.  But when you are just starting, and have less than 10 aircraft, you don't want to spend any extra money.

Unless you are battling for slots, in which case you may be shut out if you wait....especially in scenarios like JA6 where slots are tight.

Hi,

I asked this question myself a few days ago, see the thread "staff hire" Personally, if I can I intend to wait and have the aircraft before I schedule from now on.

I actually tend to schedule right away if the route is just ripe for the picking. Get those seats on the board and hopefully, others will think twice before entering the market.
