Hello.
The staff training cost is a huge amount of money for an airline every week in this game.
I can not realy understand, why i have to pay so much fee every week.
It shows me, that my staff get a training every week instead of work in the office.  ;)
In real live no company do that, not even an airline do this.
Would it not better to change it?
I got the idea to set staff training by yourself.
It would be better and save money. I would pay only when the training takes place. For example, 1 time per month or 1 time in 3 months and so on.
That would be much more realistic and I charge only if the staff just really complete the training.
Would be this an idea?

As far as what it is currently, and what it depends on: it depends on number of fleets you have, and number of aircraft you have.  If you keep the number of fleets to 3 or less, the amount will not be that high.

The training costs are divided over year / months / weeks to balance any cost spikes. (and in larger airlines there is constantly some training going on)

You can consider that as a contract to a training company that bills on regular intervals you according to expected and past training needed.

(And if the admin/training/maint costs are very high, you have probably too many different aircraft fleet types.)

This is also perfectly realistic, as training of the crews is not taking place on certain dates, but all the time. There are simulator checks and so on for the pilots, you can't have all the pilots do that on a single day.

I supect my staff to have been total illiterate when they were hired cause I'm "bleeding" almost 60% in staff-training costs in addition to the general staff cost.  ;D

Why not all on one day? Cause once in the month you have a B check. At this time your plane is on the ground. Exsactly at this time can the crew make the training  8)
