How can i make more money income?

Ok my Flights fly profit in. I've got income in a week, with 3 routes and  3 aircraft, a bit more then 200.000 bucks in. But the cost are 435.000 per week. How can i make more money in ?
I use Boieng and ATR. The marketing is in good shape the staff also.
Whatever i change or raise up ticket prices or so, it not work to make profit.
Slowly i get frustrated.
Have anyone a idea?

Well.. your aircraft utilization are very low... 4 hours flight time a day? that"s way to low.
You should fly more.
