Hello everyone...

So I was testing a theory in MT6 and it's just not yielding the revenue I was hoping it would. My question is, what happens when you close a base? I want to relocate one to a difference airport but i've never closed one before so I'm curious as to the effects it has.

Are you talking about extra base or HQ?  I don't think you can move the HQ.  But you can close an extra base and open it elsewhere.  There is not really any cost for closing the base (IIRC).  If you don't open another one, you would have extra staff.  If you fire that extra staff, you would get a CI and morale hit.  If you open another one right away, of course you pay the fee to open the new one, but you should be using the same number of employees, so no effect there.

Another minor thing to consider is that you may already have built up RI on routes from the old base, on the new base, you start from RI of zero on the new routes...
