EGLC Choice of Aircraft?

I'm based at EGLC (London City) and I have 8 F50s flying out of there, I need something faster then these guys to get to destinations 350NM+ but that can also get into my short runway.  The avro's would be an obvious one (because they operate IRL out of there) but in AWS they are given reduced passenger numbers.  The F70 can get in and out of there stress free, but is difficult (and expensive) to get hold of, the EMB 170 (and other models) can get in and out of there but the EMB 170 is harder to get a hold of.  Saab 2000s don't carry many and are slower ... Q400s are reduced in passenger numbers...

its really frustrating, so if anyone can give me some advice id appreciate it lol
