Is route demand affected by connection availability?  For instance, will int'l long-haul load factors increase if reasonable domestic connections are possible given the scheduling or is this akin to pricing, where there is an affect on loads but that effect is relatively minimal?  Thanks.

It's not akin to pricing. Connections will make ZERO difference. Each route is independent.

Connecting flights is one of the bigger & more complicated things on the list for future development.
