Flight Schedules

Hi all,
I am wondering what the difference is:
Say I have a flight that goes from A to B.  I scheduled it to fly every day at the same time.  When you look at it, my schedule looks like this: 1234567 and is all the same flight number.

Then, someone else comes along, and their schedule looks like this:
1-------
-2------
--3-----
---4----
----5--
------6-
-------7
All different flight numbers, but at the same time.  What is this?
