I have a qestion. If it is my first two aircraft , do i still need to wait for the delivery of the new aircraft ( not a used one ) bought with operaitonal lease ?

every new a/c will have to be built.  So, yes is your answer.   Only used ones will show up immediately.

For used aircraft, you wait 2 weeks.  For new aircraft from the manufacturer, it is considerably longer.  Between 2 and 6 months, depending on size of the aircraft.
