Guys could you please tell me if I will declare my airline bankrupt
Will I be able to start new one in the same world ??
If yes will I have to purchase new game credits ?

If you go to the "Declare Bankruptcy" section under "Office," it will fully explain it to you.

No. You are allowed to "bankrupt" your airline up to 4 times before having to pay another 10 credits for the game.
