Hi again!

I was wondering about how was calculated the aircraft maintenance cost.

I understand that "older" is more expensive. But is "older" defined by age, or by condition percentage ? Is there a general rough formula to calculate the cost ?

It would help to plan ahead when buying used aircraft...

Both age and condition affect the costs.

Check on used planes for estimates. But it is not really of any matter if you have less than 15-20yo plane in more than 80% condition, the maintenance will not kill you.
