Routes not originating from home base

Hey All

Just some help if possible. I am unable to open a route to collect passengers away from my home base (but originating from my base to the originating airport for my away from home route and returning to my home base). I want collect pax from this arport and back then return to my home base at the end of the day.

I have a competitor doing this from a lot of my bases but I can't.......does anyone know why? Or can tell me what I am doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

You originate routes from a base other than your Home base (or HQ) by opening new bases.

I'm not entirely sure that's what your asking though.  Your phrase "but originating from my base to the originating airport for my away from home route and returning to my home base" is extraordinarily confusing.  Can you perhaps provide an example of what you're talking about.

Note that there is no "transfer" or "connection" or passengers.  So you cannot bring passengers to one base, then move them to your HQ or anything like that.

thanks for your reply, I was just confused how another oprator could open routes from my home base but have know realised that yes of course, the airline has opened a second base....sorry for the confusion, I realise why now.
