Issues for French Airlines - second base in Reunion, Le Lamentin, Guadeloupe?

I am going to select the new base for the forthcoming worlds

When I am looking into French airports, a question pops up. Could French airlines have second base in Reunion, Le Lamentin, and Guadeloupe? I have searched Wikipedia and they are all under Overseas department of French. I have not based in French, could someone playing in France tell me whether it is possible or not?
