Slot Question

Hi All,
I am trying to create additional routes out of my base airport EGSS, however all the early morning slots are currently gone i.e. 6.00am and the last route I created had a departure time of 9.00am, (which was the earliest I could get) this proves quite late as I am trying to get in 3/4 flights per aircraft per day using ATR 42-320 & ATR 42-500.
Also, the early morning departures that I do have usually finish and are back at base around midnight where there is a 5/6 break before they start again, would it make financial sense to fly a short flight to fill this gap in schedule, generally is there much of a demand for flights after midnight this versus the cost of staffing/fuel etc I could try one or two routes and leave them run for a while and see if they work out I guess.
