My aircraft condition keeps falling and i am getting tones of technical delays even tho i have all the properly scheduled maintenance. iv even scheduled extra maintenance and there is only two flights a day. whats going on?

Aircraft condition will always continually decline between maintenances.  But it should return to at, or near, 100% after the maintenance is complete.

Maybe check your Personnel levels and ensure you've got 100% staffing in your Maintenance group?

ya staffing is all good this is weird. i extra maintenance it to 70% it didnt hold so did it again to 75%. ill see what happens in a day or so. i know it drops a little between checks but should rise over time.

Just how old are these planes?

Once planes surpass 20 years of age they become fairly difficult to keep in the air reliably.  If these planes are in the 70% range even after Extras, I've got to think that they're fairly old.  I've ran some pretty aged fleets that I've had little trouble keeping in the 80s.

Jps

Also, I wouldn't recommend letting planes ever get below 70%. This means, that you have to maintain them to about 80%, so there is some space to let it decline before next maintenance.

it was a 4 year old 753 i corrected it to 80% and its holding now. i think that once an airplane falls bellow 70% condition (bought it at 72%) it deteriorates faster than the checks repair it. first time iv encountered this in all the games iv played. weird but thanks for the help guys.

even at 70%, a few months and a few B checks later, it is in the 90s.  It isnt hard to keep a plane in flying condition.  that is, unless you are flying 15 year old planes.
