Rate of aircraft purchase?

Hi,

I understand that one can only buy 2 aircrafts at one time... what is the exact wait time until the next time I can purchase airplanes? In some games, I noticed it's 24H and in some others it's more than 2 days... What contributes to these differences?

....It also looks like the constraint is on personnel... according to the message I receive:

You cannot buy/lease any more used aircraft today your personnel is busy arranging the delivery of the aircraft you have already ordered today or in the past few days

Can I increase personnel to increase the rate of aircraft purchase?

You can only buy 2 used aircraft in one game day.  Once it gets to 0001 the next day then you can get 2 more, but you are also only allowed 6 used aircraft in a game week.

I think the personnel message is just to add a bit of realism, as the levels are fixed.

It's just a mechanism to stop one airline buying up all the used planes at once so someone else has a chance

Since sami has done nothing but put into place means of curbing quick growth, and it continues to be a problem, I could only foresee the limit being lowered, certainly not raised.
